habit
My friend told me that it takes 21 days to form a habit.
idk how legit that is, I googled it and apparently that's what ~people say~. She wants to start jogging so she's going every other day and she says
her goal is to do it for 21 days and she thinks magically it'll be a habit.
I think it's more routine than habit. But whatevs.

i think it is 21 days. that's how i got into the habit of working out and waking up at 9 am everyday without an alarm. you do it without having to
think about it eventually. it is mostly routine more than habit though, i agree.
i am nobody. keep it on the d/l.

HA, speaking of which.. To stop biting his nails Xavier carries around dry spaghetti in a mini m&m tube and chews on it when he gets the urge to bite
his nails. The funny part is, people don't laugh at him for it.. they ask if they can have some of his spaghetti.
